Since 01.12.2022 Kliton Jani is a fresh part of the Radium team. We are very happy to welcome him in the export department and wish him a good induction period and a lot of fun in his new job!

We interviewed Kliton right away:

Kliton, would you briefly introduce yourself?

My name is Kliton Jani, I am 40 years old and come from Arnsberg. I have studied architecture and urban planning and have been working in sales in various industries for a good 10 years.

Do you have any professional experience in the lighting industry?

Of the 10 years I have been working as a salesman, I have worked in the lighting industry for 3.5 years. Another 3 years I gained professional experience as an interior designer, which included lighting design.

What are your activities at Radium?

At Radium I am employed as an export sales representative. In the future, I will be responsible for Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, as well as Italy, Greece and Turkey.

What qualities make you a good sales person?

I try to understand and solve the customers' problems and work with them to achieve their goals. All this, of course, within the framework of our company strategy.

What languages do you speak?

I speak German, English and Italian fluently. Greek and Albanian are both my mother tongues. I can also speak Spanish - but that is improvable.

What do you like most about Radium so far?

Radium is an exciting company for me. I find the history of the company and the development of light very interesting, in which Radium has participated and continues to participate. But I am also impressed by what Radium can do in terms of products, quality and development. I also particularly like the team.
