The new LED Star T8 Motion Sensor is a retrofit lamp in a classic glass look and with one special feature: it has an integrated motion sensor that ensures that the light is switched on when motion is detected and switched off again after a few minutes. If no more movement is detected, the light will be dimmed down to 20% brightness after 5 minutes. After another 2 minutes, the light will finally be switched off.

The lamp is equipped with a 5.8GHz microwave sensor that detects movement in a radius of up to 5 meters. Detection is also possible when the lamp is installed in a closed luminaire (e.g. damp-proof luminaire). Use a conventional ballast (CCG) for operation or connect the lamp directly to 230V.
