As the name suggests, there is "no" pitch in our ZeroPitch LED Strips, that is, no visible distance between the LED dots. This is due to a special manufacturing process in which the LED chips are covered by a continuous phosphor layer. This layer creates a uniformly illuminated line under which the 420 LEDs/m no longer appear as individual points of light. Thus, the LED module provides a gapless, homogeneous and super elegant illumination.

A special feature of the ZeroPitch Furnitures is its extremely narrow PCB (flexible board) with a simultaneously particularly wide light emission area that extends almost over the entire PCB. With a width of only 4 mm, it is currently one of the narrowest LED strips on the market.

Due to its dimensions, combined with a pleasantly low luminous flux, it is wonderfully suitable for decorative lighting - especially for furniture installation. Thanks to its SEU ("Shortest ejectable Unit" = smallest divisible unit) of only 16.7 mm, you can adapt the LED Strip to your local requirements almost to the centimeter.

Like all our LED Strips of the newer generation, the ZeroPitch Furniture has got a high color rendering of CRI >90, which provides excellent light quality.

Project example: Showcase lighting

To illuminate showcases effectively, LED Strips are ideal. They provide a high degree of flexibility in design and their lighting characteristics are sure to meet any requirements for your application.

For showcase lighting, we recommend our LED Star Strip ZeroPitch Furniture, super flat LED Flat driver and our cable plugs to create high quality and practical lighting at the same time.

Stick the LED Strip to the bottom of the display case shelves. Thanks to the double-sided 3M adhesive tape, the LED module adheres flawlessly to a wide variety of materials such as glass or wood*. Install the compact driver on top, underneath or behind the showcase – just as you like, and consider how to lay the cables sensibly and as invisibly as possible. Attach the tiny cable plugs to connect the LED strip and driver, you can easily remove the display case shelves at any time after installation without having to disassemble the lighting.

*Therefore, the surface must be as smooth, clean and free of grease, oil, silicone and dirt particles as possible.
