- for minor, insignificant damage or defects in the guarantee product (for example, failure of individual LEDs in multiple LED chips or arrays),
- when the manufacturer's stated normal life span of the guarantee product is reached within the guarantee period and / or product-related ordinary decrease in the luminous flux of the guarantee product,
- for product-related ordinary light colour changes of the guarantee product,
- in the case of natural wear or natural wear of the guarantee product,
- in the case of inadequate or improper use of the guarantee product,
- when the guarantee product has been operated in an inadmissible or unsuitable operating environment (e.g., excessive humidity, heat, cold or dust, or in corrosive environments),
- in the event of damage or faults due to poor quality of the mains supply (eg voltage peaks or over/ under voltage),
- if the guarantee product has been modified, repaired or used in conjunction with products or software of the guarantee holder or a third party by the guarantee holder or a third party without prior written consent of Radium,
- in the event of damage or errors caused by the guarantee holder or a third party, or
- in the case of unforeseeable events of major force beyond the control of Radium and not attributable to Radium (for example natural disasters).
Changes of Guarantee Conditions
Radium reserves the right, to change or supplement these guarantee conditions at its own discretion at any time with effect for the future. In this case, effective guarantee claims based on the present version of the guarantee conditions remain unaffected and may continue to be asserted by the guarantee in accordance with the terms of the guarantee version within the applicable guarantee period.
