Our Radium LED Downlight Star Multi was developed for simple and flexible installation. Thanks to its innovative mounting system, this slim luminaire can be used for both recessed and surface mounting, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications.
Recessed installation: Tool-Free adjustment to different cutout cizes
What sets the LED Downlight Star Multi apart are its tool-free, adjustable spring clamps. These can be moved quickly and easily with a light touch of the finger. This allows the fixture to be flexibly adapted to different ceiling cutouts. Depending on the version, the models are suitable for different cutout diameters:
- 50-180 mm: DL S M 50-180 18W PS CCT
- 50-260 mm: DL S M 50-260 24W PS CCT
Surface-mounted installation: Sleek appearance even when surface-mounted
For surface mounting, the spring clips can be easily removed. To do so, simply push them out of the mounting rail with your finger. The rail is then screwed directly to the ceiling at the desired position before the luminaire is connected and snapped into place.
The clamps can be easily adjusted or removed by pressing the springs with your finger:

Quick and secure installation
The integrated safety cable reliably holds the luminaire in place and provides enough space to connect it safely and comfortably with both hands. The luminaire is then simply clicked into the mounting rail: The tool-free snap-fit connection allows for quick installation without having to twist the light.
