ELBRIDGE is a standard for connecting manufacturers' online catalogues and configurators to wholesalers' webshops. This standard has been developed by the ETIM organization Germany and has simplified the three-stage distribution channel digitally from July 2020.

The manufacturer itself usually offers the most detailed source of information to the customer – for information on products as well as on service, brand and much more. When ordering via wholesalers, however, the manual data transfer from the manufacturer's website to the wholesale shop can sometimes be cumbersome or even cause errors. To simplify this process for the retailer, ELBRIDGE can be used as a digital interface. With just a few clicks, electrical installation companies, for example, can select products directly via the manufacturer's website and – thanks to automatic transfer – request and order them via their wholesaler's shop.

And it is precisely this connection that Radium has now established:
From now on, customers can put products in their virtual shopping cart via the Radium online catalogue and then order them ‘in the real world’ from an electrical wholesaler of choice with their customer login (provided that corresponding wholesalers have an ELBRIDGE connection).
